This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the delivery of your subscription, even though we do not ship any physical goods. Please read this policy carefully to understand how we manage the delivery of our services.
1. Digital Delivery: DataConnect365 offers a digital subscription to our database of jobseekers in search of a United States work visa. No digital or physical products will be sent to you. This is a digital service where we share your work profile with potential employers to help connect you with companies in the United States who participate in visa work programs. We do not guarantee that you will receive a visa.
2. Subscription Activation: Upon successfully creating your profile and a successful payment, your job profile will be added to our database and you will receive a confirmation email. We will then send your profile through our database to our network of visa employers on a monthly basis for 365 days.
3. Subscription Period: Your subscription is active for 365 days. If you have not received a work visa after 365 days, you can then resubmit your updated profile re-added to our database.
